Kevin Huss is proud to announce the opening of Lumbertown Law, effective March 1, 2020. Lumbertown Law is located in Downtown Muskegon at 111 W. Western Avenue, where Huss will continue to assist clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law and real estate matters.

Kevin Huss received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in 2005 and his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2008. Kevin also holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of probate and estate planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan. Since 2016, Kevin has been designated as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in the areas of estate planning and probate.
Kevin has been a member of the State Bar of Michigan since 2008, and is currently a member of its Probate & Estate Planning Section. He has also been a member of the Muskegon County Bar Association since 2008, and served on its Board of Directors from 2012-2017, including serving as its President in 2016-2017.
Paralegal Kristin Potter is joining Kevin Huss at Lumbertown Law. Potter has worked as a paralegal since 2011 in West Michigan, and will be assisting Lumbertown Law clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration, business law and real estate matters.
