Effective July 1, 2026, Lumbertown Law is relocating to the fourth floor of the Frauenthal Center in Downtown Muskegon! Moving an office is a major event that affects everyone involved—from employees to clients and vendors. We want to share some important details about our upcoming office relocation to keep you informed and help make the transition as smooth as possible. This change will bring new opportunities and improvements, and we are excited to take this step forward!

What You Need to Know About the Move
We understand that office moves can cause disruption, so we want to provide clear information about the timeline and what to expect.
Moving Timeline
Last day at current office: June 26. 2026
First day at new office: July 1, 2026
Transition period: As we transition, we will have limited availability, but will do our best to respond to calls and emails as time allows.
What Will Change
Our phone numbers and email addresses will remain the same.
The mailing address will update to 425 W. Western Avenue, Suite 409, Muskegon, MI 49440.
Meeting locations will shift to the new office starting on July 1, 2026.
We will send reminders and updates as the move date approaches to keep everyone informed.
Where to Park & Enter the Building
There is limited street parking on Western Avenue and Third Street near the Patricia B. Johnson Circle, with 2 dedicated accessible parking spots on Western Avenue and 3 dedicated accessible parking spots on Third Street.
A free City-owned parking lot is located on the corner of Third Street and Morris Avenue, a short walk from the Frauenthal Center.
A free, City-owned parking lot is located on the corner of Fifth Street and Western Avenue, a one-block walk from the Frauenthal Center.
The best entrance to use will be the Box Office entrance located on Western Avenue. The elevator and stairway are located directly inside these doors.
Our new office is located in Suite 409 on the fourth floor at the end of the hall.
How Clients and Visitors Will Be Affected
We want to ensure clients and visitors have a positive experience during and after the move:
All meetings will take place at the new office starting July 1, 2026.
If you have appointments scheduled during the move week, we will confirm locations and times in advance.
Deliveries should be sent to the new address starting on July 1, 2026.
Please update your records to avoid any confusion.
